Calcutta. A popular design found here in a high grade EF45 holder. A mere mention of Repaired Pinholes and Spindle Hole at Left can be found in the comments section on the reverse of the holder. The back of the note shows "C-H 16 MAR 45" and "C- Y 27 MAR 45" stamps. A pleasing design that faces up much nicer than the indicated grade. PCGS Currency Extremely Fine 45.
