Color Trial Specimen. One of two very scarce color trials we are offering for this First Issue Orchid Series that is very popular among collectors. This piece shows with the orange color, in contrast to the adopted blue color that BWC and the Board of Commissioners issued to the public. Hole Punch Cancelled at the Minister of Finance panel.
