CHINA. Szechuan. 5 Cash, ND (1903-04). PCGS Genuine--Tooled, EF Details.
CL-SC.14; Duan-1728; CCC-368; Y-228. VERY RARE. Variety with flying dragon obverse and large rosette and large Manchu characters on reverse. Typical weak strike in centers. Light scratches throughout from long ago now toned over blending with the rest of the coin. Decent strike for issue with attractive chocolate, mocha and cinnamon patina. Despite the noted defects an attractive example of this very elusive issue sure to be a welcome addition to the next collection it enters. PCGS Genuine--Tooled, EF Details.
