India, Kushan Empire. Vima Kadphises, (c. A.D. 113-127), AE tetradrachm, (17.20 g), struck at the main mint in Begram, obv. Vima Kadphises standing facing, head left, sacrificing over altar; trident to left, tamgha and club to right, rev. Siva standing facing, holding trident; behind, the bull Nandi standing right; Buddhist triratana ("Three Jewels") to left, (Gobl 98, MK 762, ANS Kushan 300-2). Good Very fine, with earthen dark brown patina.
