Philip I and Otacilla Severa (244-249). AE 28 mm. Marcianopolis mint, Moesia Inferior. Obv. Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Philip right, facing diademed and draped bust of Otacilia Severa left. Rev. Demeter standing left, holding corn-ears and long flaming torch; E in field to left. Varbanov I- (cf. 2075: Demeter seated l.). AE. g. 13.12 mm. 28.00 RRR. Extremely rare and apparently unpublished. A very attractive example, brown patina with golden highlights. Good VF.
