Combined portraits of Peter I and Alexander II right, between two branches. Rev. A five-line inscription reading, "Passions would be greater if the Wisdom of Science did not Restrain Them." Boldly struck, with high relief and bright greenish-gold patina. Close examination reveals small contact marks consistent with the grade. Very rare.
