Egypt Egyptian Government 5 Piastres 27.5.1917 Pick 158. Green and Purple Examples. Several colors were prepared for this series of notes by Barclay and Fry. Even though all notes were fully prepared with issuance dates, serial numbers, and signatures, they were never issued. All examples known are in the 800000 block, which means the purple example in this lot is the 95th note of this series. It is also the finest graded of this entire design in the PMG Census. The purple example is PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ and the green example is PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ. HID08701242017
