French West Africa Banque de l'Afrique Occidentale 100 Francs 3.1.1903 Pick 10Aas Specimen. A wonderful, grandly sized Specimen designed and engraved by French artists. Brilliant colors are seen on this Presentation Specimen with all zero serial numbers and roulette cancels. Even though all notes were issued by the Banque de l'Afrique Occidentale, offices of issue were also designated, with this example from Conakry, Guinea. This example also allows collectors to see there was an underprint used on this design. This is the only example of this type in the PMG Census. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64.
