Mongolia State Treasury 10 Dollars 1924 Pick 5r Remainder. Brilliant colors are seen on this example introduced in the 1924 Dollars series but eventually never released. English is seen on this example as it was geared towards Europeans in an attempt to replace contemporary Chinese Yuan issues, which also featured English. From the serial number font, these notes were most likely printed in Russia, not unexpected as the main ruler of Mongolia at that time, Baron Ungern, was a Russian anti-Bolshevik military leader.
