Russia Government Credit Notes 1000 Rubles 1919 Pick 42p Face and Back Proofs. The highest denomination issued by the Provisional White Russian Government. Due to good relations with the United States and the loss of state printing works, the entire series which features different allegorical women were designed and printed in the United States by the American Bank Note Company. Heavy embossing as expected on notes of this era are seen on both examples mounted on cardstock. Both examples are sole examples in the PMG Census of this entire design regardless of type. The face proof is PMG Choice Uncirculated 64 and the back is Superb Gem Uncirculated 67 EPQ. From the Feeling Good Collection HID08701242017
