Russia Soviet Union 1961 Series Uniface Specimens Full Denomination Set. A certainly elusive set in this format, especially as Specimens of currency were reserved for only the top echelons of government. All examples bear a Specimen stamp and AA0000000 serial numbers, and are fully printed on the correct watermarked paper. Seals and views of buildings around Moscow are featured on the lower denominations, while Lenin graces the higher denominations. Colors and embossing are wonderful on all examples printed in the Soviet Union by Goznak.
