Gallatin-R.XXI/J.II. Unsigned work by Euainetos. Fast quadriga driven left by female charioteer leaning forward with a kentron in right hand and reins in left hand, Nike flying right to crown her; Reverse: Head of Arethusa facing left wearing barley wreath, four dolphins around. Good strike with fine style dies, though some die rust is evident. Previously smoothed, though only lightly. Overall a pleasing example of this exceptionally popular and important series. NGC Ch VF, Strike: 4/5 Surface: 2/5. Fine Style. Light Smoothing.
