KM-10. Round (Maple Leaf)-Cross/Bow Tie. Fully struck with few noteworthy marks for the assigned grade and vibrant luster that aids the appearance and is suggestive of a higher grade. The most desirable variety of the three listed in the Charlton catalog and of great rarity in Mint State; the only other appearance of this variety in Mint State (also graded MS-62 by PCGS and at the time the only example graded) brought $8,225 in a 2016 Heritage sale.
