GREAT BRITAIN. 2 Guineas, 1694/3. William & Mary (1688-94). NGC EF Details--Repaired Secure Holder.
Fr-300; S-3424; KM-482.1. Previously mishandled with numerous dings and scratches on both sides and surfaces that have been "whizzed", a once-popular method of "repair" in which small marks were mechanically placed over the surfaces in an attempt to promote the appearance of luster and dull past imperfections. Despite this damage, nicely detailed, and as such, a coin that will admirably fill the hole for the collector seeking the type. NGC EF Details--Repaired Secure Holder.
