Banco Central Set of 60 Banknotes with the Same Serial Number of 00.000.848. Choice Uncirculated.
In the early 1970s, the Central Bank decided to offer special sets of current issues with the same serial number to collectors beginning with the banknotes issued under Ley 18.188. They typically were sold for a 20% premium over face value. This is the complete set as of May 2018. The 20, 500 and 1,000 Pesos notes with this number will be issued later this year. Authorization to obtain these notes and for all future issues with this number from the Central Bank is included. The set offered here includes the following:
