4 pieces in lot. Specimens. Printed by ABNC. A scarce grouping of these early 2nd series Tesoreria Nacional pieces. The A4s 1 Peso is found with a seated allegorical woman at left, in a 53PPQ holder. The A5s 5 Pesos piece found in Choice About New 58 PPQ with a Locomotive found at left, with blue and orange hues. The A6s 10 Pesos piece is seen in Choice About New 55 with merely a mention of Pinholes in the Upper Left corner. A bank stamp seen at right.

The highlight and highest denomination of the series, the A7s 25 Pesos piece shows with an allegorical woman seated at right. Annotations on the top margin and found in a Choice About New 58 from PCGS Currency. All the notes from this issuer are scarce and the current SCWPM lists no price for issued examples on this 25 Pesos denomination. The quality of this specimen is sublime with radiant inks highlighting the intricate design details and broad even borders housing that impression.
