Silver Certificate. Printed by USBEP. An extremely rare Silver Certificate for 500 Pesos from the Philippine Islands. A striking portrait of Legazpi seen at center. This is currently one of only two pieces graded by PMG according to their Population Report, with the other being in private hands. Harrison-Fitzsimmons signatures seen in the signature panels. PMG mentions rust in the comments section although the rust is minimal and seen mostly on the reverse. PMG Very Fine 30 Net. Rust.
