Obverse: annual dates for Sundays of each month; Jewish year '5565' & holiday dates below. Reverse: table with operating times of Hamburg castle gates. Medal was commissioned by Hamburg coin dealer, Jobst Schramm. The inclusion of Jewish dates and holidays highlights the importance of the local Jewish merchant community of the time.
