Obverse bears image of Ze'ev Jabotinsky in the uniform of the Royal Fusiliers (which composed the 'Jewish Legion'), with English and Hebrew legends "Zeev Jabotinsky Founder of the Legion | [Zeev Jabotinsky Creator of the Battalions]". On reverse bas-relief images of 3 emblematic devices associated with the Jewish Battalions, and the legend in English and Hebrew "50th Anniversary of the Jewish Legion 1917-1967 | [Jubilee of the Hebrew Battalions 5677-5727]".
