Obverse: Bismark's head to right, surrounded by clouds, leaning against his hand and looking down to earth; legend "1898 / 20 JAHRE NACH MEINEM TODE WILL ICH AUFSTEHEN AUS MEINEM SARGE UM ZV SEHEN, OB DEUTSCHLAND IN EHREN VOR DER WELT BESTANDEN HAT ODER NICHT / -BISMARCK-". Reverse: defeated Germania at left, covering her eyes & socialist mounting horse; crown and sword lying on the ground; legend "1918". In UNC; Kienast 216. This medal is one of a series mocking the (mostly Jewish) revolutionary leftwing leaders of immediate post-World War I Germany.
