Germany: Graf Zeppelin photographic picture postcard on film-development glossy surface, entitled on back "Luftschiff 'Graf Zeppelin' über Nürnberg am 2. Oktober 1928" (Airship Graf Zeppelin over Nuremberg on 2 Oct. 1928); as such this would be LZ 127; photographed & bromide-printed by Albert Freytag, Nuremberg. Unused: in near-mint condition. The commemorated date may have been LZ127's first flight over the city, prior to its first transatlantic flight starting 11 Oct.; its first commercial flight ever was on 18 Sept. 1928.
