A note from BCD: This is the first catalogue of the company with direct ancient coin photography. Lots 1 to 218 are an important consignment of predominantly Greek but also Jewish and Roman high value coins and is therefore given priority and photographed in its entirety. Four more plates of ancients follow and amongst them we see a nice EidMar denarius described and photographed just like all other coins with only a brief note after it. Typical low-key Glendining style!
