KINGS of MACEDON. Alexander III 'the Great'. 336-323 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26mm, 16.89 g, 2h). Tyre mint. Undated issue, struck under Menon or Menes, circa 332/1-328/7 BC. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; -|O (Phoenician 'K = 'Ozmilk [king of Tyre]) in left field. Price 3248 (Ake); Newell, Dated 10, obv. die XI. Good VF, lightly toned, some die wear, smoothing in fields on reverse.
