Charioteer driving quadriga right, holding kentron and reins; Nike flying left above, crowning charioteer; Punic legend "RShMLQRT" (not visible) in exergue / Wreathed head of Arethusa right, wearing triple pendant earring and necklace; three dolphins swimming around.
