Head of Athena right, wearing crested Corinthian helmet pushed back on head, the bowl decorated with coiled serpent / ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟΥ, Nike standing left, holding wreath in right hand and stylis in left; in left field, ant above eight-rayed star. Price 831. Müller 1079. SNG Lockett 1429 (this obverse die). Rare and unusual die symbol! Cleanly struck with flashy fields.
