D N THEODO-SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, cuirassed facing bust of Theodosius II, head turned slightly right, spear in right hand over shoulder, shield decorated with horseman motif on left arm / CONCORDI-A AVGG S, Constantinopolis enthroned facing, head right, right foot on prow, scepter in right hand, Victory on globe in left; star in left field, CONOB in exergue. RIC X 202. Flipover double struck obverse with part of the reverse legend still visible in the margin at 9h. Lustrous surfaces.
