Outranking the next highest certified example an NGC by a full 5 grade points and none certified in Mint State by PCGS, it seems like an understatement to say that the present offering ranks a full head-and-shoulders above the rest. Toned to a light gold, with full details in both Liberty's hair and on the intricate condor on the reverse--a slight bit of weakness noticeable towards the centers and only the lightest signs of handling--this brilliant piece exudes a singular level of eye-appeal that is sure to excite among collectors of the series.
