An amazing double set of Essais, all in fabulous condition. No piece is certified below MS66, and two are in stunning MS68 condition. All are superbly struck, with attractive reddish-brown patina. The fields are deeply mirrored and it seems to this cataloger that these pieces are Proof strikes. They come with a somewhat worn, green leather case with red felt interior. The case is embossed, "MONNAIE DE BRONZE." A truly gorgeous, and impressive, set.
