Sociedad Afinadora de Metales Mexico gold Bar, 120x65mm. 95.4gm. .998 fine. Fully intriguing, this bar is stamped with the Estados Unidos Mexicano seal, along with the numbers "120", ".998", "0954", and the letter "Q". Other than a few minor marks, this large bar remains entirely brilliant, and was most likely a testing piece to insure the quality of gold. The first Mexico gold bar (or plaque) that we have offered, and at present time, we have not been able to locate any similar examples of the type to reference. AGW 3.067 oz.
