Republic gold 100 Soles 1966/56 MS66 NGC, Lima mint, KM231. The overdate is unlisted on the holder, but is very clear. The joint highest certified example of this overdate type, aglow with satiny luster and pristine in its strike. We sold the only other MS66 1966/56 specimen of this type in our April 2017 Chicago auction which realized $4,560, and we expect similar bidder enthusiasm for this piece.
