Diademed head of deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / ΒΑΣΙΛΕΩΣ / ΛΥΣΙΜΑΧOΥ, Athena enthroned left, holding Nike and spear in right hand and resting left elbow on shield; in inner field left, lion's head over enthroned cult image; on throne, monogram.
