A sublime representative of this one-year type with a deeply impressed strike and nearly all details fully rendered. The surfaces are mottled with a variety of tones--russet color that gathers around the obverse devices and bluish-gray patina that dapples the reverse--while an exciting amount of original luster brightens the fields, further adding to the impressiveness of this selection. Conditionally scarce and currently the only Mint State example of the type certified by NGC.
