Charles II 2 Pence 1678/6 MS63 NGC, KM429, S-3388, ESC-2180. A scarce overdate variety presented here with lovely mottled graphite tone and a striking amount of definition on the king's portrait for the type. Currently the finest example seen by either NGC or PCGS, and the only of this variety certified in Mint State.
