A finely struck example of this rare one-year issue of this short-lived sultan. The toughra and mint-date formula are perfectly crisp, the calligraphy fully legible, with a few light die cracks and haymarks in the fields. Exuding an even lemon-gold color which brightens slightly around the devices, this piece exhibits a Mint State level of appeal, the reverse scratches being the only minor distraction.
