Estados Unidos lead Mint Error Proof Pattern 100000 Pesos 1990-Mo PR63 PCGS, Mexico City mint, KM-Pn245var (in lead instead of bronze). Double struck in collar. A highly scarce pattern, with SCWC recording only 225 examples struck in bronze, and all the more rare with this intriguing mint error. An especially clear flake of medal appears to be protruding from Calles' head making this issue all the more fanciful. The fields themselves are fully mirror-like and display only the most minor marks, which indeed are difficult to pick out due to the error striking.
