Brazil Republica dos Estados Unidos 500 Cruzeiros ND (1943) Pick 140bp Back Proof Two Examples. Vignette is of Neptune stepping on to the beach for both of these Back Proofs. One example has the vignette mounted in a window format. It was printed by the Canadian Bank Note Company Montreal. The other Proof has the Neptune vignette plus "500" counters have been pasted on at both far left and far right. It does not have an imprint. Each Proof has a small spot in the left margin. Natural paper wave on the former is present due to drying. Both pieces grade Extremely Fine. HID08701242017
