Colombia Banco Nacional 10 Pesos 1.3.1888 Pick 218p Face and Back Proofs. A very elusive design, due to its high denomination and being replaced with a new series just five years later. Colors are brilliant on this well preserved piece from what is invariably the ABNCo archives. These two examples are printed directly onto a single piece of thin cardstock, accenting the embossing of the intaglio features. A typewritten date indicates it was prepared in September 1890.
