Colombia Banco de Colombia ND (1918-19) 1 Peso = 4 Shillings Pick S392s. Apparently the bank issued this series of "Mortgage Certificates" in accordance with an agreement between the national government and the bank that were convertible into Pounds Sterling at the rate of four shillings to the peso. Printed by ABNCo, this attractive certificate that almost appears bond-like is attractively printed in dark blue and red.
