Congo, Democratic Republic Banque Nationale du Congo 100 Francs 1.8.1966 Pick Unlisted Printer's Model. An outstanding design with several pleasing elements. The entire face is a borderless vignette of a view of the savannah, complete with a coalition of cheetahs. The date printed on this note would indicate it was proposed just before the change of the currency to the Zaire system, which all featured President Joseph Desire (Mobutu Sese Seko). A lost design that is attractive in every way. Printer's annotation on the back further dating the note to 7th July 1966 is seen on the back. PMG Choice Uncirculated 64. HID08701242017
