Germany German States Mecklenburg-Strelitz 10 Thaler Courant 1.6.1869 Pick S355. A brilliantly colored example using a steel plate design. Embossing especially of the serial numbers are exceptionally heavy and sharp. A bright watermark is seen on this example from the Grand Duchy which issued its own money along with several other relatively independent states in the German Confederation at the time.
