Libya Bank of Libya £10 5.2.1963 Pick 32s Specimen. A reduced size Specimen which formed the last series issued under the monarchy. The brown color continues to be used on this detailed and elusive example. Interestingly, the serial number in Indo-Arabic numerals is all zeros, but in Arabic is a ladder 123456.
