Libya Central Bank of Libya 1/4; 1/2; 1; 5; 10 Dinars ND (1980-81) Pick 42As; 43s; 44s; 45s; 46s Specimens. These five Specimens were originally issued in a dark green Central Bank of Libya folder. The folder is included with this lot and that makes the item count six. All of the notes have been PMG graded. The Pick 42As, 43s, and 46s grade Superb Gem Unc 67 EPQ. The Pick 45s grades Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ and the Pick 44s has a grade of Choice Uncirculated 64 EPQ.
