Luxembourg Grand-Duche de Luxembourg 20 Francs ND (1982) Pick UNL Specimen. An issue following the 1966 dated 20 Francs was intended for release in 1982. It was printed, with serial numbered examples to be released, but was ultimately never issued. It is a great, modern European rarity, and essentially only available in this Specimen form. PCGS has not classified it incorrectly, but some additional information can be gleaned from Owen Linzmeyer's, The Banknote Book: Luxembourg. It is likely the finest example for the the issue available to collectors. It bears serial number A000000 and is overprinted SPECIMEN once on the face and back.
