New Zealand Bank of New Zealand 10 Shillings 1.10.1928 Pick S232a. We have only offered one other example for this type in our auctions which we sold last year in our September Long Beach auction. That example was a Choice Very Fine 35 EPQ note which brought a whopping $9,480.00. This note from the B block is graded PMG About Uncirculated 55 with mention of ink lightened which may relate to the few spots seen on the back which likely transferred while the note was being signed. The soft center fold is easily noticed and there are no other detriments whatsoever. A specialty God Zone note with a proud Maori chief's portrait likely to achieve a runaway price here today.
