Russia Government Credit Notes 250 Rubles 1919 Pick 40Afp; 40Abp Face and Back Proofs. The three highest denominations in this series are simply listed as "rare" in any form. The globe on this issue was obligingly depicted to show the bulk of Russia. The striking blue back continues to show the Imperial two headed eagle without a crown. While the cardstock has taken some damage, the proofs themselves are completely untouched, with both grading PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ. The face proof has one small POC in the lower left corner.
