Rwanda Banque Nationale du Rwanda 100 Francs 1.7.1981 Pick UNL Essay Face and Back Impressions. Neither the denomination nor the designs embodied in these two essay impressions were used for the 1981 issue. The designs were attractively printed in muted pastel colors, depicting a young child herding cattle and a modern office building. Both are mounted on cardstock and grade PCGS Superb Gem New 67PPQ. It is likely that these could be unique or nearly so. Based upon the notations on the cards, this design is probably the work of TDLR. From the Feeling Good Collection HID08701242017
