Grand River, NL- Grand River Pulp & Lumber Co. 50¢ ND (ca. 1900) Ch. UNL Two examples. Printed on buff paper, the 50¢ denomination features a lumber cutting scene appearing in the central vignette. It is believed this scrip, printed by T.C. Allen & Co. Stationers Printers etc. Halifax, was issued to the company's workers in the early 1900's. The scrip was redeemable in "goods or currency." The two examples grade PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ. HID08701242017
