China Russo-Asiatic Bank 100 Rubles ND (1917) Pick S478p Face Proof. As expected from this American Bank Note Company product, heavy embossing example is seen. It was by the Russian-interest bank in China. This was the largest denomination of the 1917 series, issued in Rubles as there was heavy Russian interests in the Chinese Northeast to the extent that a good part of the money in circulation were Russian coins and notes.
