Sudan Bank of Sudan 5 Pounds ca. 1965 Pick 9s Specimen. It was clear that this note was a Specimen as it had solid zero serial numbers, was stamped CANCELLED on both face and back, and was roulette cancelled SPECIMEN in each corner.
