Also, we do not believe that this is an issue by the Riksens Standers Bank. We see this as a request by a third party to the central bank to pay cash to the bearer for the account of "MvT." The letters of "MvT" are embossed at far left. We do not know what "Mvt" is or was. We do know that this remainder grades PMG Gem Uncirculated 65 EPQ and is immaculate.
